FAQ

Dutch Label Shop ships all throughout New Zealand, from Auckland to Wellington, Hamilton to Christchurch, and everywhere in-between. Plus, we ship worldwide, too!

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, which you can use to track the delivery status. We provide an order tracking page where you can enter your tracking number to see the status of your package. If you have an account, you can also log in and check My Orders for updates. If you encounter any issues or delays, you can always contact our customer support for assistance.

Once an order is placed, production begins quickly. Modifications (such as changing your design or artwork) are possible if you contact our customer service. Note that any changes requested after ordering will increase the production time, and delays will occur.

If you need to cancel, reach out to our support as quickly as possible, but if production has already started, a cancellation may not be possible. Instead, you could utilize our Money Back Guarantee after receiving the product: if you’re not satisfied, you can return the goods for a refund (conditions apply).

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated shipping time, remember that the delivery times shown at checkout are only estimates given by the carrier. We work with reputable shipping partners, but once the package is with the carrier, delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, customs, etc.).

In case of an unusually long delay or if you suspect the package is lost (no tracking updates for an extended period), the best step is to contact our customer support. Our support team is available 24/7 via phone or chat to help investigate shipping issues. We may track the shipment for you, file an inquiry with the carrier, or, if necessary, arrange a solution (such as a replacement order or guiding you through a refund if the item is deemed lost).

Production Time

Typically, production time is 10-14 days. Note the following:

  • Our products are manufactured in China. The produced goods are sent to our Distribution Centers, which are located in Philadelphia, Amsterdam, London, Ontario, and Sydney, depending on the final destination of the package.  International air freight is unfortunately affected by the Global Supply Chain issues that started in 2020 with the onset of COVID. Whereas our factory is fully operational and not affected, international air couriers do at times face delays beyond our control when transporting our products from China to our Distribution Centers.
  • Actual production times vary by product type.
  • Changes that are required, or requested, after placing an order, will increase the production time. For example, any changes to the logo, artwork, image, or design must be processed before we can start the production of Woven Logo Labels.
  • Actual production times may also fluctuate as a result of unexpected changes in demand or order volume.
  • We do not offer expedited production. We have worked hard to develop very robust and efficient production processes, which ensures quick turnaround times. Unfortunately, these robust processes do not allow for deviations, such as expedited production requests.

Yes, absolutely. We offer a Sample Pack of labels that you can order. The Sample Pack lets you see and feel the various label types before placing a larger order. The sample pack includes woven, printed, cotton, pre-made, and care labels, as well as samples of swing tags, woven stickers, and woven patches, so you can evaluate the quality and options. You can order it directly from the Order Samples page by adding the sample pack to your cart and checking out. This is a great way to discover the materials, colours, and finishes available. Each sample in the pack showcases different graphics and colour combinations to inspire your own label design.

All Dutch Label Shop labels are designed to be durable and wash-proof, so caring for them is straightforward. In fact, the labels don’t require special treatment; they can be washed along with your garments.

Our woven and printed labels will not fray, bleed, or fade even when washed repeatedly in hot water. The woven labels have sealed (welded) edges to prevent fraying, and the dyes used are extremely colorfast, so you can launder them without worry. Similarly, the care labels (printed on polyester satin) are printed with techniques that resist bleeding and fading over time. For cotton labels, note that these are intentionally made with a raw, frayed edge for a rustic look (to suit organic or upcycled styles). This isn’t a defect but a design feature. If you prefer a cotton label without any fraying, you should order them with a folded edge so that the raw edge is hidden.

Use the "Cotton" setting on your iron. Do not use steam. Use baking paper.

When applying an iron-on label to an item there are a few easy steps you need to follow.

First, you'll want to check the heat tolerance of the fabric you're attaching your label to; an easy way to know is by checking the care label of your item to see if it allows for ironing. Next, set your iron to the "cotton" setting; DO NOT SET YOUR IRON TO STEAM. After that you'll want to place your iron-on label in the desired location, then cover with a piece of parchment paper.

Once you have your label where you want it and covered with parchment paper, carefully iron over your parchment paper for 15-20 seconds. You will want to move your iron in a slow movement, and wait at least 2 minutes before you remove the parchment paper.

And that's it! You now have an iron-on label!

If you do better with visuals, check out our step-by-step iron-on label guide below.

Step 1: Check Fabric Heat Tolerance

test

Remember to always check if the fabric type you are going to iron the label to can tolerate the heat of an iron. You can check online or with the supplier of your fabric.

Step 2: Set Iron to "Cotton" Setting

Set your iron to the cotton setting - DO NOT USE STEAM

Step 3: Place Label & Cover with Parchment Paper

Position the iron-on label where you want to adhere it and cover the label with baking/parchment paper. Do not use wax paper.

Step 4: Iron Label for 15-20 Seconds

Carefully iron over the baking paper for about 15-20 sec. Move your iron slowly. Wait approximately 2 minutes before you remove the baking paper.

You Are Done!

Your label is now ready!

Further notes:
  • The strength of the adhesive layer is also dependent on the type of fabric you are adhering it to.
  • If your iron is not hot enough, it is possible for the adhesive to separate from the label when you try to iron it on. If this happens, increase the heat of your iron, push the label down on the adhesive, and try ironing on the back of the item where the label is placed to re-adhere it.
Washing Instructions:

To maintain the longevity of your iron-on labels, please follow the standards listed below when washing items with an iron-on label attached.

  • Do not dry clean
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not use chlorine bleach
  • Cold wash cycles only
  • Wait 24 hours after adding the label before your first wash.

If you ever want to replace this newly attached label, or just remove it entirely, we've written up instructions on how to remove iron-on labels. Looking for woven labels? Find our products here.

Learn how to apply your DTF heat transfer labels in a few simple steps!

If you are looking for information on applying Iron-on Labels, click here.

Textile transfer labels are a versatile alternative to traditional clothing labels. Designs are printed onto a special heat-sensitive transfer paper that is applied to fabric using an iron or heat press, transferring the design directly from the film to the fabric, eliminating the need for a separate clothing label. Here at Dutch Label Shop we can make your designs come to life with our DTF Heat Transfer Labels

Tools Needed:
  • Iron that can reach at least 150ºC or 300ºF (usually the cotton setting), or alternatively a heat press machine
  • Ironing board or flat surface
  • Heat Transfer Labels
  • Ruler or measuring tape
  • Scrap fabric for testing
Application Instructions:
  1. Prepare your labels and equipment. Have your fabrics, Heat Transfer Labels, a ruler, iron, and ironing board ready to go.
  2. Position the label. Place your label, adhesive side down, onto the desired location of your textile. Use a ruler or measuring tape to ensure it's properly aligned and centered.
  3. Set up your iron or heat press (see below for heat press settings). If using an iron, we recommend a dry iron with no steam, and starting with temperatures of 130ºC/270ºF to 150ºC/300ºF.
  4. Press the label. Apply heat from your iron using firm pressure for between 8 to 12 seconds maximum, making sure to keep the iron still. Lift straight off once completed. If you notice parts of the label has been missed, repeat this step until the entire design has been attached.
  5. Cooling. Allow the label and your fabric to completely cool down before moving. Ideally one to two minutes. This cooling process helps the label adhere securely to the fabric.
  6. Peel the backing film away. Once the label has cooled, gently peel away the backing film. If you notice that any part of the design is still sticking to the film, lay the film back down and repeat steps 3-5.
  7. Ready to use. We recommend waiting at least 24 hours before washing or wetting the DTF Heat Transfer Label. This will ensure the adhesive has fully set to your textiles.
Heat Press Settings:

If you are using a heat press to adhere your DTF Heat Transfer Labels, we recommend the below settings:

  1. Set temperature between 130ºC/270ºF and 150ºC/300ºF
  2. Set press pressure to 11 lb/5 kilograms
  3. Press for 8 to 10 seconds
  4. Let textiles and label fully cool before removing from the press bed
  5. Make sure to test settings on a scrap piece of fabric and adjust the temperature and time up or down as necessary

Keep in mind that the exact settings and steps can vary based on the specific fabric you're working with. We strongly recommend conducting a test run on a scrap piece of fabric, and adjusting as necessary to ensure you have the correct settings before applying labels to your final products.

If you received a sample pack of labels from us you can learn more about each label and how you can apply it to your sewing and crafts.

DTF Heat Transfer Labels

Direct to Film (DTF) Heat Transfer Labels, also known as Textile Transfer Labels or Digital Transfer Labels (DTL), are ideal for creating vibrant, detailed graphics on clothing and textiles. Designs are digitally printed onto a special heat-sensitive film, which is then pressed onto fabric, transferring the artwork without the need for sewing or embroidery. This process makes DTF labels perfect for adding high-quality branding, logos, or custom designs directly to garments. Check out our dedicated page for details on how to attach DTF Labels to your items.

No. Our Woven Labels do not fray, bleed or fade.

Strong and durable, all our labels can be washed time and again with hot water—without fear of fraying, bleeding or fading.

Both our Woven Labels and our Care Labels have securely welded edges that are resistant to fraying. Woven Labels don't bleed or fade since the yarn is professionally dyed and extremely colour-fast. The printing technique used for our Care Labels prevents bleeding and fading.

If it's our Cotton Labels that you're interested in, bear in mind that these kind of labels have been specially designed with a rustic and raw fraying effect along the edges to achieve an organic aesthetic that is perfect for upcycled or sustainable design projects. If a natural frayed effect is not what you're looking for, make sure you order cotton labels with a folded edge.

Our Printed Fabric Labels allow you to choose as many vivid colours as required to make your design pop. Printed labels are ideal for designs using multiple different colours that our woven labels are not always able to capture. They are made in such a way that each colour safely bleeds into the base material during the printing process, making them especially perfect for colour gradient effects and designs.

Yes. Depending on the size of your labels, they can easily be sewn on to any textile or fabric product.

If you are not completely satisfied with your items just let us know and we will make it right.

Our Label Guarantee

We are serious about the quality of our labels. We are always working with our factories to increase the efficiency and sustainability of our products. We also have an international team of label experts who review every design to make sure it will produce a great label that you can be proud of.

If you are unsatisfied with your labels (or any other Dutch Label Shop product) for any reason, just let us know and we can reproduce your order at no charge, provide you with a full refund, or do whatever we can to help make your label experience the best it can be.

Just reach out to customer support and let us know if there is an issue.

A Note About Photo Proofs

In the event that you request a photo proof with your order and the labels are not per the agreed design, we will reproduce your order at no extra charge. However, if you decide that design changes are required after reviewing the proof (for instance changing the colour, size, or logo), there may be an additional charge depending on the nature of the request.

Turnaround time can be longer, depending on your response time and whether a reproduction is requested or not. For this reason, we cannot commit to a total turnaround time. Please respond as quickly as you can when you receive the Photo Proof email.

Polyester

Our Woven Labels are 100%, soft-to-the-touch Polyester, made with a Damask Weave, woven on professional Jacquard Looms. Their intricate weaving structure ensures long-lasting quality.

Our Care Labels are also 100% Polyester, made with a satin weave. Satin is a fabric made using a satin weave structure made with spun yarns instead of organic filament. Shiny and almost as smooth as silk, these labels give plenty of wear and tear.

When uploading your own logo or artwork, we prefer vector files (such as SVG, AI, or EPS). If you are uploading a raster image (for example, a JPEG or PNG file), the recommended minimum resolution is 300 DPI (300 pixels per inch). This ensures that your design will print clearly on the label without appearing pixelated or blurry.

We provide several tools and resources to help you design your labels. Here’s how we assist you in the design process:

  • Online Design Tool: We feature an intuitive online label editor. You can choose options like label type, size, colours, and font styles and add symbols or icons from our library. This effectively serves as a set of templates you can customize. For example, when designing a woven label or swing tag, you can pick preset layouts and then input your text or logo. The tool shows you a preview of your design in real-time.
  • Upload Your Own Design: If you already have artwork or a logo, you can upload it through our platform. We support common file formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, etc.), and we prefer vector files or high-resolution images.
  • Label Guide and Templates: In our Label Guide section, we give design tips (e.g., best practices for designing labels, choosing colours, understanding folds, etc.). This guide walks you through creating effective brand labels.
Weaving a Custom Clothing Label is a unique art that has specialized design requirements we have provided in detail below.

Why Woven Clothing Labels?

Labels need to last the lifetime of the item they are applied to which is why Woven Labels are still the most popular way of labeling fabric-based items (among many other types of products). Another basic reason woven labels are so popular for labeling fabric items is that they are also a fabric item ensuring a natural continuity that makes the label and the item feel like one unified object. It would be quite weird to put on a fabric shirt that had a wooden label :)

Woven Labels also hold their colour and shape through immense wear and tear or countless cycles through the washing machine. Woven labels have vivid colour, sharp lines and when people see them they take notice.

What Does “Woven” Mean Exactly?

When we say “Woven Labels” we are referring to a process where a loom uses individual thread colours to create an interlocking pattern that produces an emergent design - in this case a custom clothing label.

In some cases you can see the inverted thread pattern on the backs the label.

Our machines weave up to 12 different colour threads into a single label design. This is why you want to limit the number of colours when designing your labels. Each colour of thread in your design also increases the price of the label - for small quantities the difference in price is negligible but for larger quantities the difference in price can be substantial. Logos and simple vector illustrations are great for weaving. Photographs or images with gradients in them are difficult to weave or cannot be woven at all which is why they should be avoided when you create your Woven Label design.

The difference is similar to screen printing vs. digital printing. You screen print with specific ink colours (similar to the individual thread colours) whereas digital printing mixes the colour of each pixel as it moves along a medium. Screen printed items tend to look sharper, brighter and last longer while digitally printed items can look photo realistic but the colours are more dull and the lines are less sharp.

Typical Uses of Woven Labels

Woven Labels typically show off the branding of the item maker and more importantly communicates who is responsible for making it. For apparel you generally see branding labels attached at the neck or sleeve of a shirt or in the case of pants the inside waist or on a back pocket. For most other products the label is placed on an inconspicuous seam, pocket or side panel.

There are no hard rules on where to put a label. If you think you can make an interesting label placement work, go for it, and be sure to send us a picture on Instagram! We love seeing your label design and application innovations.

Methods For Designing Labels

We have two ways you can create designs for a Woven Label. You can design your label online with our label design tool or you can upload a custom design and specify advanced options like shapes, sizes, centerfolds or edge folds.

If you are just starting out and don't have an official logo, the online design tool is probably best for you. If you have a logo and/or specific design for your label you will want to upload the artwork for us to produce into a label.

If you are working with a graphic designer for your label designs, simply send them this link and suggest they read the guidelines before creating your label design.

Common Information To Include on a Label

Labels by their nature are meant to be small and unobtrusive in most cases. By extension, this also means that label text needs to be quite small to fit on a small area while still having text that is big enough to read. You want to make sure you include enough text and information to support your label goals but it is generally good to keep the amount of text on your label to just the essentials.

Brand Name

The name of your business or brand. Remember to include a copyright or trademark symbol if you have one registered.

Website URL

The URL of your website. You can skip the "www." in most cases if you want to save space on your label - just make sure your site works without the www first by checking in your browser.

Business Phone Number

A contact number that you expect to keep for a while. Remember to include your area or country code if you plan to distribute your labeled items to a large audience.

"Made-In" Information

There are many reasons you might want to disclose where the item you are labeling was made. In many countries there are regulations that require you to disclose where the item was made in order to sell or export it. You may also just want to show some local pride!

Item Size

There are generally two ways you can add size information to your labels. You can add the size information to the overall label design - but keep in mind that this method requires you to create a separate design for each size you want on your label. If you don't mind designing and ordering separate labels for each item size you need, it will give you the most control over your final label look and application.

The other (and generally cheaper) option is to purchase a separate set of size labels that you sew into your items along with your brand label. This method requires more work on your end but is more flexible.

Item Variations

Does your item have major variations that are worth distinguishing prominently? You may want to think about ordering multiple label designs that include variation information so that it is clear to people looking at your item.

Designing A Label Online

Our label design tools ensure your labels will be legible and produced at a standard size that looks good and is easy to apply.

Our label design tool gives you the following label design options:

  • 3 industry standard label sizes - small, medium and large. The smaller the label the less text you can fit on it so keep that in mind when selecting your size.
  • The text you want on your label. Text will automatically scale to best fit the dimensions of the label size you choose. The bigger the label the more text you can fit on it and/or the bigger the text will be.
  • A library of fonts that you can apply to your label text to give it more character and better showcase your brand.
  • A library of symbols you can use to give your label an artistic flair. Due to space constraints you can only add one symbol per label.
  • Separate colour selections for your label background and text. You will want to make sure that you pick either a light-on-dark or dark-on-light colour scheme for your label to make sure your text and symbol are legible and stand out.
  • The ability to add a frame around your label design.
  • The ability to select either sew-on labels or iron-on application methods for your labels.

In the event that you are not able to fit the amount of text you need or have other requests for your label that the design tool cannot accommodate you can either have a graphic designer create a design that you can upload or contact customer support who can help you figure out other options for your desired label design.

Creating A Label Design In A Creative Application

If you are somewhat experienced with labels and sewing you will likely want to have your logo on your labels - or even make special designs specifically for your label application purposes. Most customers use Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator to create their labels but virtually any creative software can be used to design a label.

When you send us a label design we turn it into a weaving pattern that requires a certain level of abstraction between the pixels in your image and how the weaving machine will weave the threads that make up your design.

Our specialty is being really good at translating images into weaving patterns but there is always going to be some level of difference between the image and the final woven result due to how weaving works. This is true for any weaving method and is not specific to Dutch Label Shop labels.

What You See Is What You Get

You will always get the best result when you represent exactly what you want in your uploaded label design. If you only have a file that contains your logo but want it placed on the top half of a centerfold label, either create a design that places the logo in the top half of the image or contact customer support and we will place your logo into your desired design for you.

Don’t be shy. We’re happy to help!

Detailed Label Design Specifications

Label Design Size & Format
  • Label design files should be .jpg .png .pdf .ai or .psd format.
  • Label designs are automatically interpreted by our system as being 300dpi - meaning for every 300 pixels in your image we will see that as 1 inch / 2.54 cm worth of label in either dimension.
  • Label design files should be the actual dimensions of the label you want. Example: If you want a label that is 2 inches wide by 1 inch high (or 2.54cm x 5.08cm) - you would submit a design that is 600 pixels wide by 300 pixels high so that it comes out to 2 inches x 1 inch when interpreted at 300dpi.
Label Design Colours
  • Don’t use more than 12 individual colours in your design - remember each colour you use will be converted into an individual thread colour
  • Avoid using gradients or photography in your design
Label Text
  • For legibility reasons you generally do not want to show type that is smaller than 24px but labels are special and you can go as low as 16px in type size. Any text smaller than 16px will be very difficult to both weave and/or read.
Adding Folds to Designs
  • If you are adding centerfolds or edge folds to your design, use a black or gray dotted line.
  • You can also add folds to your design when you upload it but you will still need to make sure you have accounted for them when you create your design layout. If you are not sure how to do this, feel free to contact customer support and we will be happy to help you out.
Adding Sewing/Seaming Allowances
  • If you need a special sewing allowance make sure you factor that into the size and placement of the elements in your design. Example - If you need a large sewing allowance just add more background/canvas space to your design so that there is plenty of room around your design elements for sewing threads to pass through the label without colliding with your design elements.
  • You can add a standard .25 inches/6mm sewing allowance to your design when you upload your design to the site if you would prefer to avoid modifying your design directly.
Custom Label Shapes
  • We can laser cut labels into non-rectangular shapes like simple circles all the way up to the outline of a logo, animal or other object
  • The width and height you see in the upload design tool is calculated based on the rectangular box that fits around the edge of the design - the final size will be cut to your supplied dimensions
  • If you click “Custom Shape” under “Label Type” that lets us know that you want us to cut out the shape of the label you have provided us. We will always reach out to you to confirm your custom shape before we produce your order.
We Review Every Label Design

If you choose to provide your own label design or logo your order will be checked to make sure it can be produced at the requested size and we will reach out to let you know if we have any concerns.

We take pride in helping you get the label you envision.

High contrast colours will complement each other the best to our products - and really pop. Pair dark and light colours together for the best effect.

Our Swing Tag Designer makes it fast and easy for you to create a visually enticing design that showcases your brand directly on the items that you sell.

When designing your Swing Tag make sure you keep the following things in mind:

  • You will want to make sure you use a light on dark or dark on light contrasting colour scheme when creating your design. This will ensure that your text and symbols stand out and are easy to read.
  • We offer optional Swing Tag cords in either black or white cord colours. If you choose to add a cord, think about which colour would compliment the colours you are using to create your design.
  • Our Swing Tag Designer already takes the punch hole position into account so you do not need to worry about accidentally placing text where the punch hole will go.

Uploading A Swing Tag Design

Our Swing Tag Upload tool allows you to create a custom design in the creative application of your choice and then upload an image of this design to be printed on your Swing Tag. We also offer a set of downloadable templates for common creative applications that you can use to make sure you get the best result.

When creating a Swing Tag design in a creative application you should keep the following in mind:

  • You can submit single-sided or double-sided designs in the upload tool. You will need two image files (one for front and one for back) when uploading a double-sided design.
  • You can start your design using one of the downloadable templates below to make sure you are creating your design in the correct size while also accounting for the placement of the punch hole.
  • We accept .jpg, .png, .pdf and .psd file formats when uploading a design.
  • Swing Tags can be designed in both landscape and portrait orientations. You will just need to upload the design rotated 90 degrees counter-clockwise.
  • Be sure to check below and make sure you have accounted for where the hole will be punched if you are uploading your own design.

If you are setting up your own template, use the following specifications

  • Imperial File Specifications - 3.55" wide by 1.58" tall at 300dpi.
  • Metric File Specifications - 9cm wide by 4cm tall at 300dpi.
  • The punch hole is vertically centered when viewed in landscape orientation with the hole being approximately 1/8th inch or 3mm from the top edge. See the diagram above or use the downloadable templates below for an exact placement guide.

We recommend a Sewing Allowance of approximately 0.2 inch (approximately 0,5 cm = 5 mm).

Before designing your labels, and choosing the type of labels you need, consider how you plan to attach it to your product. In general, we recommend a Sewing Allowance, also known as a Seam Allowance, of approximately 0.2 inch (0,5 cm = 5 mm).

When you place your order using the Logo Up-loader, you can either

  1. Add a Sewing Allowance or an Edge Fold to the image after uploading, or
  2. Indicate that a Sewing Allowance or Edge Fold is already part of the design, or
  3. Don't specify any Sewing Allowance or Edge Fold.

After you have placed your order, our Customer Service Team will contact you to confirm your design, including any Sewing Allowance or Edge Folds, in case necessary.

Feel free to include any comments when you place your order, if you have any specific requirement. In case you are familiar with old school Label Type terminology, you can leave that in the comments field as well:

  • End Fold, Edge Fold, Book Cover Fold, Manhattan Fold
  • Hanger Loop, Miter Fold or any other shape or form, just select Custom and leave a comment
  • If you want Taffeta

Starting a return with Dutch Label Shop is straightforward, thanks to our Money Back Guarantee policy. If you are not satisfied with your labels or there’s an issue with your order, you need to take the following steps:

  1. Contact Dutch Label Shop within 30 days of delivery: You must report the issue and request a money-back refund within 30 days after you received your order. It’s important to do this first: reach out via email or phone to inform them that you want to return the product and why. This initiates the return process and ensures it falls under our guarantee window.
  2. Return the products to the appropriate address: After you’ve notified us, you’ll need to send the items back. Make sure to include all components of your order in the return and to include your order details in the return package so we can identify it. It’s also a good idea to use a trackable shipping method for your records.
If your order was shipped to the USA, you will send it to our New Jersey, USA returns facility.

    Dutch Label Shop
    Attn: Fulfillrite Receiving
    825 Towbin Ave
    Lakewood, NJ 08701
    United States of America
  3. You pay for return shipping: Be aware that you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping costs in almost all cases. You can choose any trackable postal or courier service to send the items back. The only time we might cover return shipping is if there was an error on our part. Under the standard policy, the sender covers this cost.
  4. Wait for the refund processing: Once we receive the returned labels at our facility, we will inspect them and then issue a full refund within 7 days after receiving the return. The refund will go back to your original payment method. With our Money Back Guarantee we promise a full refund upon request, assuming the above conditions are met.

A few important notes: The Money Back Guarantee doesn’t apply if you had approved a proof of the product beforehand. For example, if you approved a photo proof of a custom label design before production, then the order is considered approved, and we generally wouldn’t refund under the guarantee for things like design issues. But if it’s simply that you’re not happy with the physical product quality or there was a mistake, we will honor the return as long as you’re within 30 days and return the goods.

Refunds are processed quickly once we receive and processed your returned order. After the items you sent back, arrive at the return address, we will refund the full amount within 7 days. This process starts from the moment we have the goods back in hand.

  • You initiate the return within 30 days of delivery and ship the items back.
  • When we receive the returned parcel, we will inspect it and then initiate the refund.
  • We commit to processing the refund within 7 days of that receipt date.

The refund will be for the full order amount and will be credited to the original payment method you used. Keep in mind that if you paid by credit card or another method, your bank’s processing times might add a couple of days for the credit to show on your statement.

If you experience any issues, or it’s been longer than a week after they got your return, you should contact our support, and we’ll look into it promptly.

In cases of returning goods for a refund, you as the customer are responsible for all return shipping charges (see our return policy Money Back Guarantee). The policy explicitly states that if you decide to return the products (e.g., you’re not satisfied and want your money back within the 30-day guarantee period), you will be paying for all return shipping charges, like postage or courier costs. We will then refund your original order amount in full, excluding the return postage cost.

If the return is due to a mistake on our part, for example, we sent the wrong labels or there was a quality defect, there might be an exception. In such cases, you can get in contact with our support; we might provide a return label or reimburse shipping as a courtesy.
