Production timeline: made to order, made with care

All of our labels, tags, and patches are custom-made. This means each order goes through a production process before it ships. Here’s what you can expect:

Typical production time: 10–14 days
Total estimated delivery time: around 2–3 weeks (production + shipping)
The “clock starts ticking” after design approval, as this is when production starts.
We do not offer expedited (rush) production

Our production is optimized for quality and efficiency, but please allow time for design adjustments (production starts after design approval), high order volumes, or potential supply chain delays. Orders are shipped from a regional distribution center closest to your destination (for U.S. customers: New Jersey).

Note: Production times are consistent, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. If you need your labels by a specific deadline, we recommend ordering early.

If your country is not listed in the table, your order will ship from our distribution center in the Netherlands with UPS. Import duties may apply.

You can ship to a different country than your billing address. Just enter the shipping address at checkout; applicable (local) shipping options will update automatically.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times

Once your order is produced, it will ship via your selected shipping method. In general, we offer two main delivery options: Standard and Express. Shipping fees and shipping times are shown during checkout.

At checkout, you'll see all available shipping methods and exact delivery estimates for your address. Express shipping can save a few days on delivery time, while standard shipping is the most economical option.

Shipping fees: affordable and transparent

Shipping fees are calculated based on your shipping destination and selected delivery method. Here’s how we keep costs down:

Sample pack orders include free delivery and typically arrive within a few days.

You’ll see the exact shipping cost at checkout once you enter your address. We currently do not offer free shipping thresholds on regular product orders, but we strive to make every delivery affordable.

Important shipping policies and notes

Here are a few key things to keep in mind when ordering:

Total turnaround times are estimates: While we aim to deliver in 2–3 weeks, delays may occur due to production issues, supply chain issues, or shipping issues (weather, for example).
No expedited production: You can choose express shipping, but we cannot speed up manufacturing.
Address changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us right away. After the order has shipped, changes are not possible anymore.
Returns: If your order is undeliverable or has an issue, you’re covered by our Money Back Guarantee. We also offer regional return addresses to make the process easier.
No import tariffs. Sales tax or VAT is calculated and included at checkout.
