At Dutch Label Shop, we offer secure and flexible payment options to support creators, businesses, and makers around the world. Here’s everything you need to know about accepted payment methods, currencies, taxes, and invoicing when ordering from Dutch Label Shop.
Accepted payment methods by region
The table below gives an overview of the payment options and currencies available for major regions. While credit/debit cards and PayPal are always available, some local payment methods may appear based on your shipping country and currency at checkout.

Secure and trusted payment processing
All payments made on Dutch Label Shop are processed by trusted third-party providers, ensuring the highest standards for data privacy and security:
- Â Card payments are processed by Adyen, a global PCI-DSS compliant platform
-  PayPal payments are handled securely through PayPal’s own system
- Â We do not store any credit card information on our servers
Our checkout is fully encrypted using SSL (HTTPS), and all transactions are verified to prevent fraud or unauthorized activity.
Sales tax for U.S. customers
Dutch Label Shop collects sales tax in accordance with U.S. state laws. If your shipping address is in one of the following states, applicable sales tax will be added to your order at checkout:
Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin
If your order ships to another state, no sales tax will be charged.
> If your business is tax-exempt, you can contact our support team before ordering to provide documentation (such as a resale certificate). Once verified, we’ll help you place your order without sales tax.
Billing and invoicing
We require full payment at checkout. Your order will not begin production until payment is complete.
What to expect:
- Â An invoice and order confirmation are sent by email after payment
- Â The invoice includes: item prices, shipping, taxes, and total paid
-  U.S. businesses with sales tax exemption will receive an invoice without Sales Tax once verified
Invoices are also accessible through your Dutch Label Shop account if you created one at checkout.
Refunds and the Money Back Guarantee
If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Here’s how it works:
- Report the issue within 30 days of receiving your order
- Return the items to us - Overview of our return addresses
- Once received, we'll issue a full refund, typically within 7 days
> If you approved a digital or physical proof of your label before production, the guarantee may not apply.
